Local Matters Harvest Ball

Local Matters celebrated its 9th annual Harvest Ball on Friday, September 27, 2019 at High Line Car House. Over 300 attendees raised $158,000 to support Veggie Van, Local Matters' new mobile grocery initiative. Veggie Van partners with organizations such as Equitas Health, New Salem Baptist Church, Columbus Recreation and Parks Department, and Linden Early Childhood Education Center to bring fresh and affordable foods to communities without full-service grocery stores. Photographs by Deb McWilliam and Yutan Getzler.
